The Day of Service is an opportunity for parishioners and friends to gather to serve at a variety of sites in our region. We have partnered with over 25 agencies throughout the Puget Sound area to serve in a variety of ways.
This year’s Day of Service will take place on Saturday, April 27th. There are projects for all ages, abilities, and schedules, including our drop-in campus projects and at-home projects. Please note that youth may not volunteer without their parent/guardian present. Please plan to sign up and attend as a family. The only exception is the Middle School Project at Food Lifeline where 6th-8th graders will be chaperoned by parish leaders.
You can read more about the projects here
If you’d like to help our planning team put this event on, join us for our next meeting. We typically meet on Tuesdays at 7 pm at either St. George or OLG. Contact Karen Fitton at [email protected] if you’d like to help plan the event. (This counts as service hours for the schools! )
