The Knights of Columbus have a wide variety of medical equipment for parishioner and community use.  We stock mobility items such as wheelchairs, walkers, canes, crutches, knee scooters, bedside commodes and a variety of shower chairs.  On occasion we get donations of larger items such as power chairs, lift chairs, hospital beds and hospital mattresses. All equipment is delivered without charge.  (Note: At this time the only supplies we are accepting are incontinence products such as diapers, wipes, and bed/chair pads.  We are not able to accept gauze, catheters, feeding tubes or medicine.

The Knights Community Hospital Equipment Lend Program (KC HELP) is a nonprofit 501 c(3) corporation that provides basic hospital type equipment needed for home convalescence to persons who lack the means to obtain such equipment.  Make a donation here.

For over twenty years, KC HELP has grown from serving six clients per month to over 200, helping thousands of people gain free access to much needed medical equipment in Seattle, the greater Tri-Cities, across the Washington state region, and beyond.

The program provides....
Standard hospital room equipment for people to use in their home such as, hospital type beds, over the bed tables, lift chairs, wheel chairs, bath and shower chairs, portable bathroom equipment, crutches, scooters and much more!

When you need it....
Coming home from surgery?
Suffering from an injury or illness that requires bed rest, crutches, a scooter or other medical equipment you don't have laying around in the garage?

Where you need it....
KC HELP comes to you and sets it up in your home.

The costs....
Nothing! Yes that's right. There is no cost to you for the use of this equipment. KC HELP provides this service to the Community free of obligation.  If you need an electric wheelchair we need you to help us with the cost of the batteries if you can, because most wheelchairs we receive come without good batteries.
