  After the contract is filled out by both parties and signed, checks will be required. (New renters required to sign in person).
  
  You will be required to have insurance.
  
  If serving alcohol, you will be required to have a permit.
  
  You are required to do a walk thru. A form for before and after the event will be included in your paperwork.
  
  Must be out of all our facilities by 11pm
  
  We are a green parish so please read the Green Use Policy.
- Cancellation Policy:
  If you decide to cancel it must be done 30 days in advanced from the date of the event in order to not lose your deposit.
